Don't Make This Mistake, It Could Cost A Life!
I got up early with strong determination that enough is enough, no more piling the gluteus fat and massive looking love handle and mega beans cake tummy. I said a prayer, decked my work out kit aka my Motivation Kit. You can only imagine how motivated I was. I can't over emphasized the benefit of getting yourself a Motivation Kit. It helps keeps you motivated and conscious of your task, keeping fit and in shape. So make sure you get you an exercise kit here and here.
I set out with my husband for a jog. Having company or challenge mate is another motivation which spurs you on.
Alas! Despite my over 100% motivation and zeal and drive, I couldn't believe it when I started hyperventilating after having only jogged for 2 minutes! I was scared I thought I was going to have a cardiac arrest because I was terribly out of breathe and feeling dizzy at the same time. I couldn't keep up with ordinary walking.
I later realized my mistake, which was that I left out something".

I think you failed to warm up for the jogging ahead.
